Mar 10, 2021 – It is very exciting to see that a Windustrious Champion – Marcia Fudge – has been appointed by President Biden to a very significant federal position: to being the head of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, a member of the President’s Cabinet, and the thirteenth in the presidential line of succession.

We hope that the development of offshore wind power on the Great Lakes will be seen by the President’s Cabinet as an exciting new step forward in the use of our nation’s ample supply of free, clean renewable energy. It will be the country’s first use of offshore wind power from our freshwater lakes.
